The Alfa Nano cooking chamber made entirely of reinforced stainless steel with a double layer of ceramic fibre insulation used in commercial ovens. The four oven floor firebricks are nearly 3 cm thick to gradually absorb and release heat and to guarantee an authentic Neapolitan Pizza.
